What should I do if the paper box has poor gloss when stamping?
In carton printing, there will also be bronzing and silvering. What should I do if the paper box has poor gloss when stamping?
Analysis of the reasons: The gloss of the graphics after printing is poor, which is mainly due to the high temperature of the hot plate during the stamping, which causes the anodized aluminum foil and the dyeing layer to oxidize and even change color, which causes the brightness of the graphics to decrease and lose its inherent color.
Solution: appropriately reduce the temperature of the electric heating plate to keep it within a proper range; according to the selected type of anodized aluminum, choose the appropriate hot stamping temperature.
Blots blistering or appearing aurora
Cause analysis: The blisters or aurora appear after the stamping, most of which are caused by the high temperature of the stamping. Because the hot stamping temperature is too high, the synthetic resin and dye in the anodized aluminum dyeing layer will polymerize. After hot stamping, the surface of the anodized aluminum will foam or aurora will appear.
Solution: appropriately reduce the stamping temperature to keep it within the proper range.
